Our delivery estimates are based on orders placed before 2pm. If you order on a weekend or a Bank Holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Next Day orders placed after 2.00pm on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Returns

We offer a 60 day returns promise. 

You have 60 days from receipt of your parcel to return any unwanted item(s) to us for a refund or exchange, using the Royal Mail address label we provide. The item must arrive back with us by the 60th day.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a resaleable condition with tags intact. Please take particular care with items which are easily spoiled. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Original postage costs will not be refunded.

How do I return my item?

You can return items to us via Royal Mail using the return address label in your parcel. This service is FREE in the UK.

  1. Repackage your item using the bag provided
  2. Complete the return note that was enclosed in your parcel
  3. Attach the address label provided, adding your address in the ‘from’ section
  4. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and obtain proof of postage

When will I receive my refund?

On receipt of your returned item(s) and return note you will be refunded within 10 working days. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Original postage costs will not be refunded.

What if my item is faulty?

Please accept our apologies, we work hard to produce quality products. Please use the return note and attached return label. This service is FREE in the UK. Please ensure the product is clean and dry to comply with Health & Safety regulations. On receipt of your returned item and return note you will be refunded within 10 working days.

What if I don’t live in the UK?

You can return unwanted items via your local postal service. Please complete the return note included in your parcel and return your unwanted item(s) to the following address:
