Making an insurance claim

For insurance policies taken out or renewed after 25th May 2022:

You can make a claim by contacting:

Making a Fracture Cover Claim:

Fracture Cover Claim Notification Instructions:

  • The Insured must as early as possible place themselves under the care of a duly qualified Medical Practitioner.
  • The insured must request a Fracture cover claim form.
  • The claim must be notified to Harry Hall through the following contact details:

  (Harry Hall will respond via email with a URL link to a downloadable Fracture claim form)

How to submit your form:

  • The insured must fill in all sections of the electronic PDF Fracture claim form.
  • The insured must download and save a copy of the completed form to the local device drive.
  • The insured must upload the below documents to their Harry Hall Customer Portal (Documents section) and attach:

a) Completed Fracture cover claim form

b) Medical Report
