Personalisation FAQs

How do I personalise my item?

If the product can be personalised, the link will be displayed on the product page. Upon clicking, you will be taken to the personalisation window where you will be able to select and preview your chosen characters and/or images/symbols for each product before adding it to your basket. Please note that the detail of personalisation will depend on each product and the space available.


What sort of personalisation is offered?

At HarryHall.com we embrace personalisation and are continually reviewing and improving the offering.
We offer embroidery and leather embossing across a wide range of products for your horse and the rider. You can add initials, a name, slogan, yard or team name, corporate sponsorship logo, even a motif to your item to truly deliver that unique look. We offer personalisation across a full range of needs from leisurewear to team kit to formal competition wear and across a variety of accessories for your horse including horse rugs, fly veils and much more.


How do I find out what products can be personalised?

To view all of the products available for personalisation, please visit our Personalisation page on the navigation bar. Please note that this page is regularly updated and products will be added and removed from this category as needed, without notice.

How much does it cost?

Personalisation is an optional service that is available on selected items. Charges for this service are dependent on the product selected and complexity of personalised details requested. All prices will be displayed in the personalisation window on the product page and will be reflected in your basket at check out.


I need help with my personalisation order

For assistance with your personalisation order, please contact Customer Services on 01274 711 010 or email us at contact@harryhall.com.
Our customer care lines are open 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Emails will be responded to within 24 hours Monday - Friday.


Can I personalise my item once I have received it?

Unfortunately at this time, it is not possible to request personalisation for your order after you have received your item.


Can I change my personalisation details once I have submitted my online order?

We will always do our very best to help you amend your personalisation details, though there will only be a short window of time in which to do this. If you wish to make a change, please contact our Customer Service team who will do their very best to help you.


How long does personalisation take?

Our team of highly skilled craftsmen take considerable care when personalising your item. Please allow an additional five (5) working days to your order to allow for your time to be personalised. These details will be confirmed in your basket at check out.


Can I have an item bought elsewhere personalised at HarryHall.com?

We are only able to offer our personalisation service on items bought online from HarryHall.com. Please note that we are not able to offer a post purchase personalisation service.


Can I return a personalised item?

We are not able to accept any personalised item for refund or exchange as the item has been specifically personalised for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
