When we launched the One Club back in 2017, our vision was to help make horse ownership more affordable through our membership, insurance and shopping. This became our brand promise and is as relevent today as it was then.
We’re horse owners and riders who understand this is a lifestyle and not a hobby. The Harry Hall brand has evolved through the ages since 1891 and it has been quite the ride. We’re here for our community yesterday, today and tomorrow.

We understand some people find insurance confusing, which is why we aim to be straight forward and relatable in our communications and processes. We put ourselves in our customers’ shoes and ensure the journey meets our high standards even when faced with complex solutions.
We’ve built trust over decades by being consistent, reliable and acting with integrity. We’re here for our customers and each other every step of the way. If we get it wrong, we act quickly to resolve the problem and use it as an opportunity to improve and grow.

1891
Entrepreneur Harry Hall began his career in 1891 as a gold medal tailor who even dressed royalty! After World War 2, as horses became an animal of pleasure and leisure, Harry Hall Esq began to focus on tailored equestrian clothing.
1990
We expanded over the years bringing other highly reputable equestrian brands into the fold such as Caldene, Masta and Cottage Craft - offering a full range of equestrian products for horse and rider.
2017
With the market more competitive than ever and the cost of horse ownership increasing, we recognised the need for a fundamental change in our business model and launched the One Club.
2019
With thousands of members, we’re the fastest growing equestrian community. In 2019 we expanded our range of insurance policies offering
horse owners access to affordable vet fees cover.
2023
We’re changing the face of equestrian insurance and have expanded our range of policies and launched two new membership tiers. We’re fullfilling our brand promise and building a successful business, we’ve done this successfully for the last 125 years and plan to do so for the next.
