At the beginning of January I received the email asking if I would like to model for the Tottie Clothing again for the Spring Summer 17’ range, of course I said yes and quickly cleared my schedule to ensure I wouldn’t miss it! My horse Eddie was also asked to come along after being a perfect model for the Autumn Winter 16/17 shoot last year!

The day before the shoot I spent getting my gorgeous horse Eddie ready for his part in the shoot, this included clipping his legs off as he previously had a hunter style clip and as the shoot was for summer a clipped horse wouldn’t fit! Eddie had a full body groom and hot rag (too cold to bath in the middle of febuary!) He has his tail washed, and his face and mane trimmed, 5* treatment!

Once Eddie was wrapped up clean in his bed for the night I went and got myself ready for the early morning the following day!

On the day of the shoot Eddie and all his stuff were packed in the lorry and off we headed to Askham Bryan College in York where the shoot took place. It took around 45 min to arrive and Eddie was kindly given a stable for the day to save him from standing on the lorry while he waited.

The first shot was of just myself; it included the new ‘Honour Breeches’ and the ‘Benenden base layer’ the shot aimed for a sporty look, aiming for someone returning form the gym to the yard to see to their horses.

The second shot was again aiming for a similar scene, when the designers showed me the type of shot they were looking for and it was a picture of Gigi Hadid walking down the street I had to laugh, if only!!

This shot included the ‘Olivia water bottle’ aptly named after myself!, the new ‘Victoria vest top’.

Finally Eddie had his time to shine, the next shot included Eddie stood looking beautiful as ever, and myself wearing the ‘Navy Woodcote sport top’. Eddie loved all the attention, however began to get a bit fidgety, think he was getting cold! We swiftly moved into the barn where we did my favourite shot! Eddie had his head over the stable door modeling the Cottage Craft headcollar, and I had a matching blue outfit on of the ‘swithun base layer’ the ‘Stamford gilet’ and the ‘Ellie Jodhpurs’. This was by far my favorite outfit of the day and all the items worked so well together!

The next couple of shots Eddie was tacked up and asked to stand around the yard and I was in and out of the lorry getting changed into all different outfits!

We finally finished the day off with a ridden shot of Eddie in the amazing indoor arena at Askham, Eddie was definitely happy to be finally ridden after walking around in his tack all afternoon!

Once done we packed up and headed off home, it was such a fun day and the staff at Tottie and also Askham Bryan College could not have looked after us any better! Thank you Tottie for inviting us!
