Payments
Membership subscriptions run for at least 12 months from the date of joining. Payments will be taken monthly or annually, depending on the options chosen during sign up and will recur until cancelled.
The membership is non-refundable. You are able to cancel your membership at any time but there will be no refund given and if you are on an monthly subscription the remaining of the balance will become due.

Yes, you would be covered if you use another person’s horse however should you be hiring a horse from a business then they should be covering this under their own policy arrangements.
The standard policy is restricted to recreational riding and ownership of horses/ponies; driving, hunting, participation in local gymkhanas, unaffiliated dressage and jumping shows only.
Gold Plus Membership also covers: affiliated (British Eventing, British Dressage, British Showjumping and British Show Horse Association) and unaffiliated events.
All other activities excluded.
The Public Liability policy does not extend to cover any third parties using your horse; therefore, you should make sure they have adequate Public Liability in place (such as a One Club Gold Membership).
To upgrade your membership or add on additional insurances you can:

Please note that mid-term you can only upgrade from Bronze to any Gold membership or a single Gold membership to a Family or Plus membership.
You cannot downgrade your policy.
